Terms & Conditions - Transfers

THE CONTRACT

This contract governs the passenger transport service provided by Taxi Sorrento, trading name of the company headquartered in Sorrento, VAT number: 10469621212, hereinafter referred to as the "Company" or "we," and the user of our services, hereinafter referred to as the "Client." By accessing, browsing, and using our website or any of our applications through any platform and/or completing a reservation, the Client acknowledges and agrees to have carefully read, understood, and adhered to the following Terms and Conditions. By making a reservation with our Company, the Client agrees for themselves and for all those indicated in the reservation, including minors and persons with disabilities, to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

RESERVATION

Taxi Sorrento services can be booked online through the Company's website www.taxisorrento.com and manually, via email at info@taxisorrento.com, and through our official mobile contacts indicated on our website. Our services must be booked at least 48 hours in advance.

For bookings received without adequate notice, our Company reserves the right to unilaterally cancel the reservation, committing to promptly notify the Client. Once the reservation is completed, the Client receives written confirmation via email with a booking code and complete details of the car services. The Client is asked to check the content of the confirmation and report any discrepancies via email.

Our Company will not be responsible in any way for the communication of incorrect data by the Client and any inconvenience that may result from it.

INCLUSIONS The rate includes a vehicle with a private driver, all costs related to car travel, additional services requested by the Client, parking fees, and other vehicle payments. EXCLUSIONS The rate never includes expenses for meals, entrance tickets, meals, optional costs, personal expenses, tips, professional tour guide, extra hours (to be paid on-site).

PAYMENT

Full advance payment for transfers, additional services requested, and expenses is required to confirm the reservation. The Client can pay directly on our website at the end of the booking process using payment cards.

Payment is processed through a secure third-party online payment gateway in accordance with applicable law.

SUPPLEMENTS

15% TO BE ADDED FOR NIGHT SERVICE (21:00-07:00)

DELAY POLICY

DELAYS POLICY
In case of flight, train and ferry delays, the driver will wait for Client arrival at the designated pick-up location. Sorrento Taxi will charge extra costs for the waiting time as specified below.

AIRPORT PICK-UP 
60 minutes of waiting at airports are included in the price, additional wait will be charged € 70 per hour or fraction.

TRAIN STATION PICK-UP 
30 minutes of waiting at train stations and ports are included in the price, additional wait will be charged € 70 per hour or fraction.

PORTS PICK-UP 
30 minutes of waiting at ports are included in the price, additional wait will be charged € 70 per hour or fraction.

HOTEL/MEETING POINT PICK-UP
In case of delays for pick up from hotels or meeting points, we allow maximum 15 minutes of flexibility, exceeded this time and in case passenger will not inform about wait prolongation neither our office or driver through our communication channels, service will be considered no-show and transfer fare will not refundable. Additional waiting will be allowed if compatible with the Company daily planning and will be charged € 70 per hour or fraction.

WAITING RESTRICTIONS
Waiting longer than 1 hour beyond the effective arriving time of the flight, train or ferry will be considered as a no show and transfer fare will be not refundable, in case Client will not inform about wait prolongation neither our office or driver through our communication channels.

In the event of a no-show, we reserve the right to charge Client payment method to cover any additional waiting cost at the rates specified in this Contract paragraph. 

CANCELLATIONS-DEPOSITS-REFUNDS

Cancellation of both private tours and cruise tours requires that 30% of the deposit be retained as a deposit. 

For transfers, if the cancellation of the reservation is made with at least 72 hours' notice before the appointment time, a 50% refund will be provided.

In case of no-show or cancellation with less than 72 hours' notice, the full amount will be charged.

Any dispute or controversy relating to activities between our company and the client will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court of Naples (Italy).
